SCB Smart Account Opening Procedures:
The account can be opened at any branch of Standard Chartered
Bank with the mentioned documents. At the time of opening the account, the
original copies of the relevant documents must be shown to the branch
personnel. Nominee information must be correctly provided, such as a photocopy
of the nominee's national ID card and one passport-sized color photograph.
If everything is in order, it will take about five to seven
working days to create the account. Once the account is ready, the customer
will receive the temporary user ID and password for online banking via SMS and
email. The customer can set their user ID and password and immediately start
enjoying all the services.
The debit card for this account will be sent via courier to the address specified by the customer, which can be their office address, permanent address, or present address.
